Unlike many of our competitors Innovative Property have been on the Costa del Sol for many years and in many cases we do not have high costs as we OWN our branch offices outright. Also we are not part of a northern European chain, so we do not need to pay vast amounts of commissions to an office in Stockholm or London every time we make a sale. This allows us a certain level of flexibility on commissions when negotiating with the owner and this is often one of the best techniques in achieving an even lower price.
Also some banks on the Costa del Sol only pay 1.75% commission on their bank repossession properties and an agent that has to pay a partner in Oslo or a bank in Sweden will simply not show you these properties or will try to inflate the price massively. Apart from that we have one of the Coasts best negotiators so we can help you negotiate a lower price.
In order to help - you must SEE the property with us first. We cannot help you negotiate if you have already registered viewing with another agent. So always try to see properties with us first. If you do not like the properties you can always try another company before the end of your trip.
