Our company was formed in early 2007 by Real Estate Agent Gary Stevenson. As Estate Agents in La Mairena, Marbella and also covering the rest of the western Costa Del Sol we had always had a lot of sales to our Scandinavian clients in the area and decided to buy our Estate Agents office in Calle Madrid La Mairena in 2015. Innovative Property has a full time team of 10 multi-lingual sales people that have all almost all been working with us for around tens years from our other offices covering most of the areas from Malaga to Sotogrande. Gary Stevenson is multi-lingual originally from the UK, but has worked and studied in Denmark and spent many years working face to face with clients from Norway, Sweden & Spain too and speaks those languages daily.
